I have just had a virtual skincare consultation with Georgie and it was so insightful and was just what I was looking for. Georgie was extremely knowledgable and helped me understand the issues I was having with my skin as well as recommending products and treatments that would work best for me. The main thing I was looking for was to have a skincare professional recommend me a personalised tailored skin care plan, allowing me to understand what will work best for my skin and make my skincare routine easier and more streamlined, and this consultation did just that. Georgie you gave me a list of products as well as a skincare routine which would help me with my skincare needs, as well as fit into my lifestyle. Thank you very much for offering this experience, and thank you to Georgie for taking the time to speak with me today, I am very much looking forward to having a treatment once you are open again.

I’ve been using this place for a couple of months now, and it’s fantastic. I’ve had laser treatment to remove age spots and rosacea, and the results are excellent, so much so I’ve actually had comments from people on how fresh my face looks, I would highly recommend.I’ve also used them for skin tag removal and hair removal, and again great results.Lovely ladies, friendly, welcoming and professional.

5 starsAfter hearing about the launch of 3D Lipo, I had to book in for a Cryo body treatment (Fat Freezing).Cryo is great for targeting localised areas, dissolving up to 40% fat within 2-4 months!Alison my Therapist was fantastic, she explained the treatment thoroughly including what sensation to expect.I found Cryo to be a surprisingly comfortable experience on my inner thighs.I can't wait to see my results in a few months time, thank you very much X

I have been coming here for a number of years and laser has been the best thing for me. I have PCO so it was very difficult for me to manage the hair growth but ever since I have been seeing Sandra it has reduced the growth and changed me as a person. How can chemical peels benefit your skin?

Chemical peels are the solution for improving skin texture and firmness whilst revitalising skin that looks dull, tired and lacking in radiance. Chemical peels are also highly effective targeting skin imperfections including redness, pigmentation acne-prone skin and scarring.

How the treatment works

A Chemical peel treatment removes the damaged outer layers of the skin inducing exfoliation, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion. Chemical peels can also thicken the epidermis, increase dermal volume and stimulate collagen. Chemical peels are usually performed on the face, but may also be used on the neck, décolleté, back and hands.

How long does each treatment take

Expect a treatment to last approx 45 mins

How many treatments are necessary

Beautiful skin doesn’t happen overnight. A single chemical peel can provide the immediate effect of bright and radiant skin. However, more significant results in treating textural issues, fine lines and inflamed acne take time. A course of 4 to 6 treatments followed by regular maintenance will deliver a longer lasting, sustainable results.

Am I suitable for treatment

Most skins will benefit from an AlumierMD Treatment but some medical conditions are Contraindicated. At our Complimentary Skin Consultation, we will advise the best treatment for your skin concerns

How does the treatment feel

During treatment you may feel a tingling/warming sensation which subsides after a few minutes – most clients like this sensation as they can feel the treatment working! The skin may feel tight and begin to shed a few days later, this may last for 2-7 days. You may experience a purge of toxins causing blemishes but this will clear and reduce with each treatment.

Are there any side effects

The Chemical peel causes trauma to the epidermis which can induce mild peeling or occasionally pigment changes which can be circumvent through our AlumierMD skin expert, introducing the exfoliation gradually.
